I had the opportunity to visit the (LOWER) Klamath National Wildlife Refuge earlier this week. We also visited Tule Lake (CA) National Wildlife Refuge. Clear, sunny skies and bitter cold.  The lakes were iced over (Great for viewing eagles and other birds of prey). The sunrise over Lower Klamath Lake was spectacular!!!
