Crater Lake National Park is unequivocally a national treasure.
During winter, it is one of my absolute favorite destinations to visit — after a snowstorm — when the skies clear. The South Entrance to the Park is the only entrance open. Rim Drive is closed. There are few people and the natural beauty is unspeakable.
