The ongoing digital revolution continues to alter the photography universe. This is true with hardware (mirrorless cameras etc.). However, the AI revolution is dramatically reshaping the software available to photographers to use their imagery to create new and amazing artistry.
The following are several images that represent the use of my imagery, enhanced with AI photo fusion software (by Cyberlink’s PhotoDirector software platform).
By using my image of this child and incorporating a colorful background, these two images are fused using PhotoDirector’s AI photo fusion software to produce the image below:

Another example is my self portrait above. Below are several more examples where I use one of my primary images and fuse it with a specific pattern image (also mine):

For some of the above AI fusion images I use an image of mine and then another image that includes the interior of a cathedral, a colorful evening shot of a city, or a colorful collage of my imagery. I hope you enjoy the creativity that is being unleashed leased in the photography sector, particularly with the introduction of post-production software.
Stay tuned.
Beautiful work, you have a gift Bill, your images always show the human-ness of life. Whether it’s portraits, or landscapes you have a very unique perspective.
I must admit AI fascinates, and scares me at the same time. Kind of like fire. I worry about the arts, the actual hands on, the human touch. Painters, poets, sculptors, writers, musicians, dancers. Just recently the Guardian had an article on Spine and AI generated publishing company …

Sadly we’ve released this thing without any controls and boundaries.
You are spot on RON. The AI I use is solely for my photography – limited to MY IMAGES. I do NOT use text prompts or voice commands etc. to produce the end result. I use a feature in a photography editing platform I have called photo fusion. It basically take a primary image I input and a background image I input (BOTH are mine) and produces a result. About 60% of the time I am pleased with the output. I delete the others. I have no desire to have a machine create my artistry – unless the source is my creation – if that makes any sense. We miss you buddy!!! You and the wife are ALWAYS welcome to visit us here in Mexico!!!! 81 degrees F here today and beautiful blue sky!!!!
