2024 was a massively successful year for the Villarreal-Velez sisters of Monterrey, Mexico. Here’s the specifics:
The WARNING launched their 2025 World Tour on seis y seite de febrero at Auditorio Nacional in Mexico City. I attended both shows.
I have written an extensive review of these two shows in Mexico City. I cannot publish my reviews here at this time as several international media outlets are considering my pieces for imminent publication. I will post those published pieces here when I receive the all clear from the editors.
What I can say here is this:
BRAVO! Orgullo! Just Overwhelming!
After experiencing the first two shows of The WARNING’s Keep Me Fed World Tour 2025 in Mexico City – it is obvious that their penchant for evolving creative excellence is being realized. Virtually every dimension of their live performances in Mexico City were tangible, dramatic improvements over what I witnessed live in December 2023 in Queretaro, Mexico. Honestly, it was spectacularly startling. The over capacity crowd (in excess of 10,000 each night) were roiling in electric euphoria. It was truly loco!
As an individual who has enjoyed rock/hard rock music since about a decade after birth – this was quite likely THE BEST LIVE rock band performance I have ever been present for. No exaggeration. Period.

Yes, I shot far too many images at both shows – the bulk of which I am still developing. I will share them here and on social media platforms when time allows.

These 3 women are no longer the three, cute little sisters with amusing musical talents. They are, in every sense of the term, gifted, creative, terrain rearranging, forceful prodigies, redefining the topography of the rock music industry – one that has suffered distinct struggles over the past decade worldwide. The Warning are a uniquely equipped and distinctly inspiring story…with much, much more to come over the next decade.
As I have written previously, I will close this piece with this:

It is known for many amazing, truly unique, and enduring sources of national pride that attract tens of millions of visitors every year. The Warning have become a source of national pride for Mexico. I would be remiss if I didn’t mention the kindness and assistance from the Manager of the Warning, Rudy Joffroy. A 24/7 bolt of professional, perennial, creative energy – and a class act who leads the amazing team that is The Warning. Thank you Rudy! (PS – don’t bother him. He’s on tour!).
