Here’s the book I wrote for my granddaughter Sam for her 6th birthday (September 14, 2010) this month. It’s entitled “Reading With Reggie.”

As recently profiled on ABC News, “Man’s best friend can do a lot more than fetch and roll over. Research now suggests that dogs can actually help children learn to read.”

Reggie is our Black Lab. We call Reggie a “Learning Lab” because he has taught us so much. We hope he has the same effect on Sam and many more just like her.
